Out-of-State Shipping

For out-of-state shipments: No refunds are available once items are shipped. Small appliances do not include liftgate service—this requires an additional charge paid by the customer.

Delivery prices and scheduling vary based on the distance between your delivery address and the item's location. Black Friday Everyday Appliances and More will calculate this distance after order placement.

Local Delivery: Available for items within 65 miles of your delivery address. For in-store purchases, delivery is scheduled at time of purchase. For online orders, our associates will prepare your items and a customer service representative will call to schedule delivery. You'll receive notification when your order is out for delivery. Note: Not all locations offer online local delivery. If unavailable during checkout, complete your order and call your local store for scheduling—these locations use third-party delivery services.

National Delivery: For items located more than 75 miles from your delivery address, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Return Policy

Items purchased at Black Friday Everyday Appliances and More cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after pickup, delivery, or installation, except as noted below or required by law. All sales are final. Complete policy details are available at Black Friday Everyday Appliances and More.

Returns and Exchanges Exceptions

Items damaged, altered, or misused after delivery or pickup cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for price differences on eligible exchanges. Items delivered beyond 65 miles will incur a restocking fee if canceled after shipping begins or refused at delivery. Restocking fees will be disclosed before purchase and shown on your receipt.

All other merchandise is non-returnable after pickup or delivery. Exchanges are permitted only in these situations:

  1. Items that are damaged or non-functional at delivery qualify for repair or exchange if reported immediately.
  2. Items that don't fit during delivery, installation, or after-store pickup can be exchanged for similar items within 48 hours. Additional delivery/installation fees will apply.
  3. Home appliances and mechanical items (including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, laundry items, ranges, ovens, microwaves, cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, and other mechanical items) qualify for exchange only if deemed "unrepairable" by an authorized technician during the warranty period. No returns are allowed after pickup or delivery.
  4. Service fees for delivery, installation, haul-away, assembly, and related services are non-refundable once completed. Delivery fees are non-refundable if: (A) the order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement, or (B) the item is in transit.
